Elyse Glickman’s Writing Portfolio: Explore My Diverse Expertise

This website features my up-to-date writing portfolio. It also includes my credentials. I provide monthly updates and maintain an archive of published articles. The archive spans the years 2002 to 2016.

My portfolio encompasses print and online journalism, web content, marketing/PR content, editing, publishing, and social media. Fields of expertise cover a wide range, such as hospitality. This includes food and beverage, restaurants, and travel. Other areas are business profiles, health and wellness, fashion, beauty, and interior design. Additionally, they include real estate, philanthropy, fine arts, and entertainment. This experience adds up to content perfectly tailored for every publication, project, and purpose.

Published articles and projects are organized into “Consumer” and “Trade Journal” categories and then broken down by publication names or genres. One-off and limited-run projects are assembled in the “Miscellaneous” sections. To access individual articles, click on the thumbnail pictures or links to PDFs and websites.

*JUST FOR FUN* I am dabbling in writing television series treatments for fun. If you liked “Daisy Jones & the Six,” you may enjoy my spin-off, “Ladies of the Canyon.” It picks up where the original story leaves off in 1998. Julia Dunne, Billy and Camila Dunne’s daughter, produced a documentary about DJATS. It has been picked up by a major basic cable channel, similar to VH1, with millions of viewers. Simone Jackson and Bernie open a second “Haven” club in Los Angeles. They enlist Julia and her friends (Simone’s recording engineer niece, a burgeoning entertainment lawyer and a PR copywriter/journalist with in-depth tech expertise) to help promote the club. Their stories move forward as they navigate their respective careers in the entertainment industry…especially once Julia’s rock promoter boyfriend convinces the original band to regroup for a nostalgia-fueled reunion tour and new album.
